British woman of Ghanaian descent dies two days after liposuction surgery in Turkey (Details)

A British woman of Ghanaian descent, Diarra Akua Eunice Brown, 28, has reportedly passed on after she travelled to Turkey to have liposuction surgery.

From the report shared by the Daily Mail, Diarra went to Istanbul to have the surgery at a clinic in the suburb of Bahcelievler on October 22.

Although it was reported that everything went perfectly fine, she was suddenly taken ill and gave up the ghost within 48hrs.

The police however arrested the doctor identified as S.G.B who performed the surgery and a criminal investigation is underway. During interrogation, S.G.B revealed that Brown suffered no ill effects after the operation and had been discharged the next day.

He said she had returned a day later to have her dressings changed, but her condition quickly deteriorated. Brown’s body has been transported back to the UK after a post-mortem examination was carried out.

In the meantime, friends and family members close to he have taken to social media to pay glowing tribute to her.
