Ghanaian artist MiDiCHi honours President Akufo-Addo with an outdoor installation

The art piece of President Akufo-Addo MiDiCHi

Ghanaian contemporary artist, MiDiCHi has honoured President Nana Akufo-Addo with outdoor installation art.

The art piece has the President in his big round glasses but with a twist of MiDiCHi’s signature eyes. The portraiture also has the President in an all-white attire with the flag of his party the New Patriotic Party (NPP) around his neck.

The art piece can be found at the Gold House, Kanda. The billboard was sponsored BBnZ live kind courtesy of Kwame Blay and Alvin Bekoe.

According to a close source to the artist, the main aim of the installation is to honor the president for being persistent in trying over and over again to becoming president of the Republic of Ghana.

The work of art was done two days before President Nana Akufo-Addo won the 2016 elections.
