A landlord has served a male tenant a quit notice asking him to leave the apartment.
He gave the tenant a two-month ultimatum within which he needed to find new accommodation and move out.
The singular reason for serving the tenant the quit notice was because he accommodates many ladies in his room.
According to the content of the notice, the landlord alleged that the tenant has turned the apartment into a brothel where he brings in different ladies to practise prostitution.
Part of the notice read:
“…your act of prostitution where several ladies are brought into the ap[rtment currently occupied by you can no longer be occupied.”
Several warnings have been handed over to desist your indiscriminately sexual activity but to no avail.”
