Never too old to learn: Meet 60+ year-old B.E.C.E candidate, Elizabeth Yamoah

The 2020 Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E) is currently underway and a 60 year old woman has taken all the attention.

Madam Elizabeth Yamoah, a student of Agona Odoben PresJ.H.S, who is now the oldest B.E.C.E candidate in Ghana,  against all odds, made her way back to school and is excited to be a part of this year’s candidates.

We hope that her story will inspire everyone out there that it is never too late to get an education.

We also wish Madam Elizabeth and all the B.E.C.E candidates success in their exams.
